We are an independent bike shop based in Metheringham just outside Lincoln but our customers come from all over the country. If you need something doing, give us a call and we'll try and help. Whether it's OE repairs, motor work or something custom. We even sell complete bikes.

We are everyday regular riders. Our own bikes range from the 'teens' to the 2000's but most of our miles are done on knuckles and pans. Experience includes 10+ years working for the 'motor co' as well as time spent in major US custom shops and all our work is guaranteed.

Almost done.

Tacoma is just about finished now.  Just needs the Junk Motor seat and a solid rear wheel cover now.

Junk Motor

Just been speaking with friend Tom at Junk Motor in Japan.  What a craftsman!

We looked at putting one of his split cast tanks on the green 49 but it looked like it might be too small for that particular bike.

Anyway, we're putting this cool slimmed down seat on Tacoma.  Bit more comfortable, looks sooo perfect.  Can't wait.  Thanks Tom.

Need to start a new build now to put Tacoma's old WR seat on!

Tacoma shifter

So now she's going back to tank shift, just how she started out!

Electra Glide for sale.

We imported this 1979 FL Electra Glide from New York City a couple of months ago. (She still has the NYC operators licence on her 'til Oct 2012). She has 36,132 mile on her.

She is a very original bike with most of the standard features although there have been a few additions by the previous owner to make her run better.

She is an electric start 1979 FL in the famous 'Blue'.  She has an S&S Super B carb and air cleaner set up and some (baffled) drag pipes and an HD oil cooler to help her eat up the miles.

Original factory hard lockable luggage, buddy seat for touring and a separate windshied (which needs a little work).

We have serviced her, put new brake pads in the front and rear, rebuilt both brake calipers and both master cylinders so she now stops as well as she goes.

Cosmetically she has been left pretty much as when she came to us.  There are a few 'tastefull' flame covers and some 'live to ride' gas caps.  She is over 30 years old and needs a good clean but could easily be restored to original without much work, or just run her as is for a daily rider.  Original bikes like this aree a great investment.

She has been registered (T reg) and comes with a full 12 months MOT and road tax.

£8,995 ono

We are a motor dealer so she will come with a limited warranty and we will undertake any significant work that needs to be done if at all.

We've put a selection of pictures up but if you need any more just give us a call.  There are also a couple of You Tube videos.

Gordo's genny motor

This is Gordon's 1967 generator shovel motor in for a restoration and rennovation.  She was found in the Lebanon and sure has seen better days.  She's a lovely original motor and will be a beauty when she's finished.

Supa-fast

Just completed a rebuild on this Buell Lightening engine.

Restoration included Edlebrock heads, Andrews cams, and a three piece pushrod tube conversion.

We powder coated the heads for a different look.

Interesting cut-away cam cover.

Mentioned in despatches.

Most of you reading this blog will probably already know of the Greasy Kulture site, always good for a decco when you have a coffee and a spare few minutes .. its on my favourites list.

But if you haven't checked it out already then give it a look.

Rich rebuilt Guy's pan motor a few months ago and its always good to hear of happy miles on the road after the works been done.

From the look of things Guy and the pan have been all over Europe this summer and all looks to be ok so far. Sound.

Tacoma ready for her maiden journey

Tocoma is finished. She's a pretty traditional bobber. Got a few nice bits, WR seat, flanders bars, roth cleaner, bte taillight and a few one off bits mixed with original harley. Got a fancy paint job too (for me). I'd get on for a ride and just keep going. She looks lovely and simple

Let there be light

I have a bit of a soft spot for these BTE lights. They slightly different from original spartos and have a bit of a crocker light feel about them
