We are an independent bike shop based in Metheringham just outside Lincoln but our customers come from all over the country. If you need something doing, give us a call and we'll try and help. Whether it's OE repairs, motor work or something custom. We even sell complete bikes.

We are everyday regular riders. Our own bikes range from the 'teens' to the 2000's but most of our miles are done on knuckles and pans. Experience includes 10+ years working for the 'motor co' as well as time spent in major US custom shops and all our work is guaranteed.

Welcome back old girl.

Guy's pan has just come back from the 1000+ miles round trip to the Bottrop Rally in Germany.  Apart from a few teething niggles she ran great by all accounts.

Now she needs the front end checking over before she hits the road again.

Black and skinny finished.

Well bolting all the parts together didn't take long. Afew odd fabrication jobs to fit items like the exhaust were needed but nothing too much.  The motor took a bit of work to get going as she was a fresh rebuild that had never been fired before but she runs great.

DO U DUO, WE DO!

Nice 61 Duo Glide on its way.

"GET ON THAT FIFTY"

Our 1950E has landed.  We haven't even had a chance to clean her yet what with everything else we've got on but she's looking good.

She has a few updates like the later Jubilee horn and tank badges but she'll make a cool original-ish runner when she's done.

Test post from iphone

This is a test

Ribbed primary cover

But one of these might look nice ...

Black and skinny update 2

We also got the paintwork back today; that's the gas and oil tanks, the rear fender and the primary cover.  The first job is just to bolt the large parts back together and then we can look at the detail and the final choices.

We're going black and skinny and may go 19/21 on the wheels or maybe 19/19. No front fender but other than that we'll see how it goes. Maybe a Bates seat or a WR on a pogo. Alien gas tank or maybe some slimmed fatbobs ... we'll see.

New build; black and skinny update.

We got the powder coated fork parts back within 48 hours and set about the re-assembly.

It smartens up the old forks and also adds to the look we are after on this build.

1984 80ci

We had a friend in Texas pick up this shovel he found on ebay of all places!

There are some bits missing but its a sound bike and a make-over could go in many different directions.  But she looks good as she is.

We'll go through her when she lands and then decide. Should be here in a couple of weeks.

New build

We're starting our next new build, as well as the 50E pan and 79FL that have just landed. Those jobs in addition to the usual repair and motor work should keep us busy.

The next bike will be a panhead chopper using a few parts from the shop as well as assorted bits from other bikes that we have worked on.

Fairly conventional basic structure to start with; original intact 49 pan frame, 50FL pan motor with alloy covers and nice polished timing cover, inline springers, although we might go with a glide front end later and other parts to suit.

She'll be black and skinny.

First job is to take apart an older set of chrome springers and get the legs powder coated black but we'll keep the springs and bottom rockers chrome.  The frame is also off for a new coat of black.
